I am a qualified therapist with experience working with diverse client groups. Hello, I’m Annie.
I am a UK-based therapist with 3 years of experience supporting adults in a variety of settings including universities, charity and private sector, and the NHS.
I work using an integrative approach, drawing on a range of evidence-based therapies to tailor each session to your unique needs. My training includes: Cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), Person- centred counselling, Solution-focused therapy, Gestalt, and trauma-informed practice.
I aim to provide a safe, non-judgemental space where you can feel heard, understood, and empowered to explore your feelings, develop coping strategies, and take meaningful steps towards personal growth.

Yes, all sessions are fully confidential and in line with the BACP ethical framework. However, there are exceptions where there is a legal requirement to act , such as risk of harm to yourself or others

You can pause or end therapy at any time. We will discuss a plan together to ensure your progress is supported and you leave with strategies to continue your growth.

This depends on your goals and circumstances, most clients prefer weekly sessions. Others prefer fortnightly.

Initial 15 Minute Consultation Call - FREE
Therapy Sessions - 50 minutes - £60 per session
I offer reduced rates for students- £30 Mon-Fri availability . Saturday availability possible

Please give 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your session. Late cancellations or missed appointments will be charged at the full session fee.
